my bf has tested+ in april .he is naturaly skinny person.but i am real worried and want him to put some waight on(he does too)

i bought some protein suplements(ones you mix it with drink,like smoothie)

is this ok?is there anyother healthy ways of building your body? he is 33 ..

Increasing his calories with good sources of protein, complex carbohydrates and good fats plus resistance exercise 3-4 times a week is the best way to increase lean body mass. Whey protein supplements are good if he can tolerate them. Try to get him to see a dietitian. His doctor should know a good one. Or call local HIV agencies.
