Hi Nelson!

Firstly, I'm starting to make good gains in lean mass. and my crix belly is shrinking.

Now my question. my docs say that I have a hernial over my belly, due to the rapid gain from the lipo which exacerbated an earlier injury. What are they talking about and what short of surgery can be done?

As always, thanks Brock

Response from Mr. Vergel

Brock: Umbilical hernias are becoming common in those with fat accumulation due to lipodystrophy. Talk to your doctor about surgery. The recovery is slow and you can not work out your mid section for 2-3 months, but I would deal with it now before it gets worse. Nelson
