Hi..thanks for the help. 1. Can you recomment a good (Current book) that helps newly diagnosed people with dealing with their HIV, options, etc. I have ordered two but after receiving them realized they were put out in 2000. Also.can you recommend a good book that I can order to help me through the step by step process of getting approved for SS disability. Thanks so much

You can order "Healing HIV" by Dr Kaiser (www.amazon.com) and the third edition ebook "Built to Survive" by me and M. Mooney (www.medibolics.com). Also, The Guide to Living With HIV Infection: Developed at the Johns Hopkins AIDS Clinic (Johns Hopkins Press Health Book)by John G., Md. Bartlett, is a great one (www.amazon.com).
A great book about benefits is "The AIDS Benefits Handbook: Everything You Need to Know to Get Social Security, Welfare, Medicaid, Food Stamps, Housing, Drugs and Other Benefits" by Thomas P. McCormack (also at www.amazon.com)
