Sinus/post nasal remedies? Jul 27, 2003 Hey Nelson, I was just wondering what works for you in lessing or preventing sinus and post nasal problems. I feel like a got a faucet inside my mouth with mucus allowing spilling out from the roof of mouth onto my tongue and it tastes disgusting. Yuck. Got any suggestions. Im all ears really. Thanks.  I am not an expert on this but had sinus problems for a long time. Our immune dysfuction does not help! Try irrigating your sinuses with saline spray (you can get it at Walgreens or any chain pharmacy) 3 times a day and take allergy medications like Alegra or Clarinex . I avoiud milk products, smoke, and other allergens. Talk to your doctor! | ||||||||
