Multi-Day Cylcing Ride Training

Nelson: I will be taking part in a multi-day cycling event and want to know if there are any training tips you can provide someone who is HIV+ and diet tips to put me a peak form for the ride. THANKS

I would definitely eat lots of complex carbs and drink a mixture of creatine and glutamine while you are cycling. I would go to the gym and cycle there for at least one hour every day. Also, work out your legs with weights and machines to make them stronger. Be careful with too much cycling and weight loss!
