Q and l-carnitine with anti viral medicine. is it safe ? any known interaction? thank u for your response.

Co Q carnitine and Riboflavin may have some value in slowing mitochondrial toxicity of HIV medications. There should not be any harm in taking them at normal doses. However make sure you inform your HIV treater about these. Good luck! DTD
