Apr 19, 2008
Dr nelson,
Thanks for taking time away from your fight to help me fight mine.
My question is I recently switched my multivitamin to kpax and I was just inquiring if it is wise to take the mv at the same time every day or does it not matter????
Thanks

Response from Mr. Vergel

It does not matter if you do not take them at the same time every day. Take it with meals and try not to take it with your meds. We really do not know anything about interactions of antioxodants and B vitamins with meds, so I have become very conservative and take my supplements at least two hours after my meds.
KPAX seems to be a good supplement with some data behind it. I think there is a study in the works to see if that supplement can lengthen the time of HAART-free days in people.
