Response from Mr. Vergel

People with HIV have been shown to have multiple vitamin defficiencies. Some pre-HAART era studies showed that those taking vitamins were 30 % less likely to progress to AIDS then non vitamin takers during the study. I think a good multivitamin taken twice a day on a full stomach is a basic insurance for better health and it does not cost too much money. Of course, eat lots of vegetables and fruits of all colors to get as many micronutrients from food as possible! Talk to your doctor about this.
