Dearest Nelson,
Here is my HIV advice for your readers...If you are VL <50 and CD4 >350 go to week on, week off with your meds be vigilant, do not miss doses during on weeks, cardio weight train, try DHEA, take extra B, C & E in addition to your daily multiple vitamin. Demand generic ART for all and thanks for letting me "preach."

Even though I have seen encouraging data, I am not too sure I am completely sold on the one week on - one week off concept when people are taking drugs with long half lives like Sustiva or Viread. You risk to develop resistance for those.
