Can you email me a simple list of low fat, high starch foods, that is easily understood? Some info. is confusing.

Why would you want low fat, high starch foods?(Most would increase your insulin levels and resistance by themselves) What you need a balance diet that is rich of foods with good fats, high protein, and high soluble and insoluble fiber. Protein/good fats: tuna, salmon, lean beef, white chicken and turley meat, nuts (almonds, pecans,etc), rice/beans. Fiber: fruits and vegetables (all colors), oats, wild rice, muti grain breads. Oils: canola and olive.
