butt excercise
Jan 31, 2004

I am starting to lose a little muscle mass, and have just joined a gym to hopefully reduce the process to some extend. I see it mostly in my butt. What are some good excercises to build up the muscle in that area. I am 41, 5'10, 175lbs and am in pretty good shape. Positive about 5 years. Thanks in advance

Nothing better than squats and lunges! Try to go light at the beginning and you may want to use the smith machine until you are confident enough to do it on your own (ask a gym staff person about how to use a smith machine). Check out this great exercise site also! http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html
