Weight Training
Jun 4, 2003
Hi Nelson
I went on your medibolic site one day, as my doctor thought with my weight loss, he should put me on deca durabolin; at that time, I had been diagnosed with HIV.
He has been giving me shots of 50ml every two weeks and with the weight training, I have been feeling much better and actually gaining muscle! and weight!
I have found that the training regimen has given me a new lease on life and something to really do; will the HIV therapy change all that?
I have had such a positive response by my body to the training that I don't want to give it up.
I am ordering from GulfSouth and they are great.
I know you are not Merlin, but what do you suggest?
Peter.

Response from Mr. Vergel

I am not sure what the question is but I am going to assume that you are asking me about what I suggest for you to do besides what you are doing. 50 mg of deca durabolin avery two weeks is an effective dose for females but I doubt that males will see much of an increase in lean body mass with it. A dose of 200 mg/week is low and conservative for males, plus 100 mg/week of testosterone (testosterone should always be supplied with all anabolics to avoid sexual dysfuction). You can inject both together in the same syringe. Eat lean proteins, vegetables, and fruits and lower your sugar intake to the minimum. B-100 vitamins, Carnitine at 2000 mg/day, selenium at 200 micrograms/day, Vitamin E at 400 units/day may also help out with inflammatory response and recovery. Working out with weights three times a week for an hour plus cardiovascular exercise for 20-30 min 3 times a week is also a requirement if you want your anabolic program to work well. Get a BIA test done every month to see your progress in body cell mass and fat if you can. Drink lost of water to keep hydrated. Sleep at least 6-8 hours. Do not skip breakfast and try to eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones.
Talk to your doctor before you do any of this. Nelson
