Just as a rejoinder to your on target answer about juicing -
Yep, jucing take sthe fiber out of fruit, but it's a godsend if you are lacking veggies in your diet. A half-bunch of parsley with one apple (approx. 4oz)is a great sinus clearer and gives you a huge burst of Vitamin A, C manganese, calcium, potassium and helps absorption of other supplements. Carrots, beets and other veggies may not be to your liking on the plate but become a great quick tasty LIVE natural supplement in your glass.
BWT_ this is the time to splurge on organics and to double wash/rinse all raw foods.
