I'm on ARV and have been losing weight drastically

Hi, I started taking my ARV since 2006 and ever since then i have lost 10kg, from 80kg to now 70kg, my CD4 count last month was 888 it is worrying me because i eat healthy foods, vegetables and fruits i have stopped drinking but it seems my weight is droping drastically. My doctor has prescribed multivitamin and vitamin beco as substities to the stavudine, 3tc and stocrine that im drinking. Please help me gain some weight again

Could it be that since you stopped drinking you are actually consuming less calories? Alcohol is a huge contributor to empty calories in many people. What is your height? Are you taking azt or D4t at all?
