hi there..I AM a 22year old female i am 5 feet 5 inches and i am only 45kgs.I had tried eating so many fatty foods to gain weight nthg seems to work out.I am also a slow eater..pls advise me how to put on weight fast in healthy way.
pls advise what all should be eaten.

Try to work out with weights and snack every four hours. That should help.
Concentrate on foods like almond butter, cheese, nuts, eggs, cottage cheese, fruits/vegetables, etc
The combination of weight training and snacking has proven to work in increasing lean body mass. You can also talk to your doctor about oxandrolone, an oral drug that can help some more.
