Supplements
Nov 2, 2008
Hi Nelson,
According to the newsletter I got this month...The top 5 supplements for us are: Multivitamin, Fish Oil, NAC, CQ10, Green tea extract.
I want to take better care of myself besides HAART, so Ive been on a Multivitamin, fish oil and green tea extract, and wanted to incorporate NAC, CQ10 alone not with L- carnitine since Im afraid Ill have to take them forever thus worried about future possible financial issues.
Is it safe?(Ive seen here doctors disagreeing) Does it really makes the difference? And also, will I have to take them forever or is it better to change/stop from time to time.
Thanks a lot and best regards from
Brazil;)
