i and my wife are discordant couples. i am hiv+ with cd count 368, and vl 8,000, and she is negative. we would like to have a child. is this possible? am made to understand of sperm washing- what is this all about, and how possible?

I usually do not answer this question.
There have been several studies that show that undectable heterosexual men did not infect their wives when trying to get them pregnant, but talk to your doctor about this.
Sperm washing is available is some states but it is expensive, but would probably be a lot more safe that taking a chance with unprotected intercourse.
