hola nelson, my question is this that he would recommend for a person newly diagnosed with a thin frame (1.86 mt. 69 kilos) for sumentar their weight, exercise and diet (supplements) ??

Uds en Chile comen muy bien y variado. Come bastante pescado, frutas, vegetales, granos, y esas empanaditas de loco que me encantaron cuando fui a chile tres veces. Si tienen suplementos de whey (suero) para hacer batidos con frutas, hazlo dos veces al dia.
Como 4 comidas pequenas al dia y has ejercicio con maquinas y pesas 3-4 veces a la semana por una hora.
Tomate un multivitaminico con tres comidas
y descansa bastante
