| Im scared May 22, 1998 I had unprotected sex with a girl. I didn't use any protection, but I also didn't ejaculate inside her. Seven days later I found a pimple at the base of my penis and noticed that my right inguinal lymph node is sore to the touch. Its not warm, red, or buldging just sore. This is the only unprotected sex I have ever had. So my question is would a lymph node be sore in only seven days from the HIV virus, or could it be an STD of some sort. PLEASE HELP.
