hi, i've been having a lot of problems lately and i'm afraid that it may be an std. while urinating it is painful, i have itching and burning sensations, i have discharge as well as a foul odor. on top of that i believe i have teo lymph nodes in my groin area. i have set up an appointment to see a physician but before i go i would just like to know what it could possibly be.
