 Even people with very advanced AIDS can improve with the correct antiretroviral treatment (ART). You didn't mention if she is receiving ART. As for her symptoms of psychosis, there are very effective antipsychotic medications that will help to improve these symptoms. If your mother's doctor is not familiar with them, then a consultation with a psychiatrist should be sought. | |||||||||
