| I am worried to go for operation Jan 28, 2008 Dear Sir, I was found to have a fracture of the posterolateral aspect of the humeral head, a 1 cm bony fragment demonstrated posterinferiorly within the joint capsule of my left shoulder and a tear. My doctor recommended me to go for operation. I am worried because i am not a known case and i am worry that there might have any complicance during or after the operation. Please advise. Response from Dr. Horwath
Although I am not an orthopedic surgeon, this sounds like a serious fracture that requires surgical intervention. I would advise you to follow your doctor's advice. If you are still in doubt, get a second opinion. | ||||||||||
