I received a telphone call from my aunt who lost 2 children from aids. My brother has lost 50 lbs in a short time and can longer eat anything, he is very weak so he says..His coloring is of orange brown horrible look. He aids for a long time now..Is he at the end. I have never seen him ths bad..My aunt says it would take a miracle..Go be with him..I was trying to look up when it is near the end..Please help me.i am going to spend a weekend with him, just to be with him..

He certainly sounds like he is very ill, and he would benefit from your presence. However, this does not necessarily mean that he is close to death. If he has not been in treatment, perhaps he still has a chance to recover with appropriate treatment. I have seen very ill patients bounce back with proper treatment.
