Ok...this seems like a stupid question because its so nonspecific, but here goes: I'm mid-30s, Poz for 4 yrs and I've noticed that I'm having fuzzy mental strength (not sure even what terms to use)...driving in traffic bothers me (never used too), hard to remember things, hard to remember names, dates, etc. Anything I should worry about or monitor?

Yes, you should monitor this. It would be wise to be have some cognitive testing to evaluate your memory. Sometimes anxiety can give one the impression that one is suffering from memory problems. The best way to assess this is by having an examination of your memory and other cognitive functions. An experienced psychologist or psychiatrist could help you evaluate the problem.
