Swelling in the face

I have been on TB treatment for the past 3 months and my last CD4 count was 286 and I'm not on any HIV medication. I have been experiencing frequent swelling on my face and bad headaches. I haven't been eating anything new. Pls help

You need to contact your TB doctor to investigate the cause of these symptoms. Also, you should discuss with your doctor starting antiretroviral medication, if you haven't already done so.
