Response from Dr. Horwath
About 85% of people who become infected with HIV will develop symptoms of what is known as "primary HIV infection." This is an acute viral syndrome that appears within a few days to weeks after infection and lasts and average of 2 weeks. Fever is the most common symptoms, but it may also include fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, headache and rash. | |||||||||
