 The risk is that you will infect each other with another strain of HIV, different from the one you already have. The risk of "superinfection" is that one of you may have a strain of virus that is more aggressive or difficult to treat, and that you will pass it on to the other. Of the two of you, you are at greater risk. Apparently, you have decided to accept that risk, since you are having high risk anal sex without protection. | ||||||||
