| Antidepressants Feb 5, 2004 Am having bad depressed moods, which have occurred for many years. I've taken the SSRI class of drugs, without success, as they often leave me feeling "speedy" and some sexual side effects as well. What are specific antidepressants which work well on someone who gets occasional insomnia, and anxiety--along with the depression? |

Other effective antideprresants include Effexor and Remeron. Effexor is particularly useful for anxiety symptoms associated with depression, and Remeron is quite effective for insomnia associated with depression | |||||||||
