The first thing you need to do is go get an HIV test. The fact that your husband has HIV infection does not mean that you or your children do. He is taking antiretroviral medications. Many people taking these meds have undetectable viral loads and a very low risk for transmitting HIV. Your CD4 count is consistent with having a healthy immune system. Go get an HIV test now. A negative result will help to put you at ease about your own status and your children.
As for your marriage, you and your husband need to seek marital counseling. There was a huge breach of trust, and this must be addressed by the two of you together. In order to work, both of you need to commit to staying together and resolving the problem.
