drug interactions (Really IMPORTANT)

I'm on Amisulpiride and Lamotrigine both at 150mg a day for bipolar disorder.
I recently started Norvir-Telzir and Kivexa. What are the possible drug interactions as I heared Norvir reduces Lamotirigne levels by 50%. So what should be my new doeses?
Also, is there any more drug interactions that I should be aware of?

Ritonavir (Norvir) has many drug interactions because it is a potent inhibitor of an enzyme (CYP 3A4) that is involved in metabolizing many other drugs. However, drug interactions with amisulpride and lamotrigine are not reported in the literature on this topic to my knowledge.
