hi i am 20 years old and gay the one that infected me did it on purpuse. i have something like hate attacks (like panic attacks ) some times i become so frustaated that i want to kill him but then i relax . what should i do ?

Your anger is understandable, but obviously you need to find a way to control it. Being violent will not benefit you - it will only hurt you. You need to find a therapist or friend that you can talk to and try to work out this feeling. If you feel that you cannot control the anger and that you're in danger of acting on it with violence, then you need to go to the nearest emergency room and seek immediate help to prevent you from doing something that you will regret.
