|WBC Count High after a needle attack

hi i am working in Riyadh,saudiarabia.one month back,during a visit to food corner in a mall.some body injected something in to my left arm back.this is happen in just seconds.so i could not catch the culprit.a small wound was there.on the next day,i went in to hospital.the doctor said,nothing to worry,the syringe is not deeply peneterated.but after 2 weeks,i had developed the following things in my body 1.weekness and fatigue 2.flu like feeling so i went to same doctor.he prescribed for blood test.the observation is wbc count is 11400.he gives the antibiotic.please let me know,this is dangerous
