For research purposes, I'm looking for a ARV regiment that will allow existing infected cells to replicate, but prevent new infections. Entry Inhibitors come to mind. (a) What are good ones (b) are there other options?

Hello and thanks for posting.
It's been a long while since I worked in the lab, but HIV medications (at usual concentrations) are not cytotoxic in vitro, so HIV-infected cells should be able to replicate.
tell me and free me.
