Cd4 count flactuations

Good day Dr. Young, I am currently on Efavirenz 600mg, Lamivudine 300mg and Tenofovir 300mg daily regimen. My first cd4 count was 225 thats when i started my regimen. On a 6 month basis, i had my count it was 379 followed by 304 and the most recent was 349. Should i be concerned of this fluctuations? Waiting for your reply. Thank you.

Hello and thanks for posting.
CD4 counts vary a lot. A significant change is considered a 30% change in absolute count or 3 CD4 percentage points.
Based on this, the differences in your test numbers are not significant, though you show repeated significant changes from baseline.
