|Unprotected sex, undetectable viral load & transmission

Thank you so much for your immediate reply. I am surprised the main steam medias don't talk about this kind of huge finding. Do you know how many condom free sex were in the HPTN 052 study and what were the findings? Thanks a bunch again.

Hello and thanks for your post.
I agree that the findings of the PARTNER study were immensely important. Frankly it never ceases to amaze me what does that covered in mainstream media though I am disappointed that more attention has not been focused on the study's results.
As far as I know the HPTN 052 study did not quantify the amount or frequency of condomless sex.
Nevertheless, when one looks at these two studies together be conclusions are entirely consistent: having an undetectable wire alone makes like we could of HIV transmission through sexual intercourse extremely low.
Thanks again for writing, BY
