can garlic interact with my drugs?

I'm a Nigerian and i have been on drugs for the past 3 years, recently i decide to be taking raw garlics and also a local drink here called zobo extracted out of a certain leaf. I learnt its helps ones immune system. I just want to know if this garlic and drink could have any I retraction with my h.i.v drugs. Thanks a lot.nat

I'm not sure about the zobo drink but garlic generally doesn't interact with HIV medications.
I'd be careful about unsupported claims of the benefits of dietary supplements. One of the best resources of unbiased information about alternative "medicines" is the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicines.
