Jul 28, 2013
Hello Dr Young,
I was reading about HDAC inhibitor panonbinostat, a new drug that shows promising signs of forcing HIV out of the latent reservoirs. How this will work? Can you provide more information on this new med? When will be available for all HIV + ?

HDAC inhibitors are all the research rage, but it's a long time before we'll know if there's meaningful clinical benefit from this strategy for activating latently-infected cells.
