Q1:Does Truvada interact with any of these drugs..Aspirin,metronidazole,chloroquine,paracetamol Q2: can it as well interact with inhaled drugs Q3:How long does it take between taking truvada and its proper digestion in the body. Thank you

Hello and thanks for posting.
Truvada has very few drug interactions (the notable exception is with atazanavir); it's only recommended to be careful when taking Truvada with medications that can also cause kidney injury (including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory meds).
There's no significant interactions between Truvada and the medications (oral or inhaled) that you've listed.
Truvada's medications are usually very rapidly absorbed into the blood supply- within a half hour or so.
