 Hi and thanks for posting. Current US treatment guidelines recommend treatment for all people living with HIV, irrespective of CD4 cell count. There's a range of recommended first-line treatments, all involve the use of 2NRTI medications with a "third" medication. Which medication is right for you depends on a variety of medical and social situations. I'd suggest looking over our Resource Center on Starting HIV Treatment. Feel free to write back anytime.
