With diagnosis of sarcoidosis in the lung mesentery and chronigc gastritis And ibs should i treat cmv with your combo med, sarcoid is as well in the eyes

The positive IgG and negative IgM indicates that your CMV is a prior infection- unless there's confirmed clinical or laboratory evidence of active CMV, there's no need for treatment.
