Yesterday I send one request for more information regarding my relative about HIV+ but didn't got any reply.

I am not sure if I located your previous question, but please feel free to repost them here.
In brief though, your relative has a CD4 count that meets all criteria for starting on HIV medications (antiretrovirals). The selection of the medications should be based on tolerability and toxicity profile, especially coupled to the patient's health profile.
