Hi Dr. Young,when the manufactures of Atripla say to keep it at 77F with short excursions between 59F and 86F, they don't tell what is consider for them "short excursion" will the 30 days suply at home of the Atripla fall in the safe range between 59F and 86F? considering that a short excursion? Thanks in advance for your answer.

You've listed all the detail there is on this- I interpret this to mean that the goal is to store at room temperature; it's ok if the temperature isn't exactly controlled to 77F (for example, during shipping).
