| Difference time zone when traveling Nov 6, 2012 Hi there, Can any Doctors here can help me regarding HIV drug problem ? My question is - i am taking 1 table combivir at morning 11am and 1 table combivir + 1 table stocrin at 11pm at night. I will be visiting UK( time zone is difference /delay 8 hours from Asia) and can I change to 11am and 11pm uk time for my medication ? Because I can't wake up early 3am Uk time (in aisa it will be 11pm by then) to take my combivir +stocrin? I will be very delighted if i can get your professional advise Kind regards Keat |

Hi and thanks for posting. Since efavirenz (Stocrin, Sustiva) should be taken at bed time it's perfectly ok to simply change your dosing to the UK evening- just as you've proposed. Safe travels, BY | |||||||||
