im on a course of pep and started eleven hours after exposure, the doctor said i should take the truvada then and there at five and the keletra at 8pm and 8 am. when i went through the package there was no leaflet it wasn't until 2 days later i was on the internet that i realized i was taking half the recommended dosage of keletra ( i have been taking the truvada the same time everyday) for 2 days will the pep still be effective?

There's no significant issue with your initial dosing. Indeed, you can take both the Truvada and Kaletra together once daily and the other Kaletra dose roughly 12 hours later. There's no need to be so precise with the timing of the dosing, just focus on taking the medications in the morning and the evening.
