my one year old baby contracted it from me since his birth. a very simple question doctor, how long he is going to live given proper medication and other supportive care? regards from asia.

Sorry to hear about your situation. Know that with proper access to medical care and medication that your child can live well and to adulthood. This doesn't mean that it's easy, or to minimize the emotional and social challenges that you'll face, but should give you hope for your child's future.
