I just tested positive, please I can't get treatment in my country because of the stigma. How do I get thru to a private doc in south africa.

Hello and thank you for posting from South Africa.
There are a number of really high quality care programs in RSA, one's where addressing your concerns about stigma and discrimination should permit a thoughtful discussion about treatment. Indeed, access to good treatments has dramatically improved in your country in recent years.
To start, I'd suggest looking for an AIDS Service Organization (ASO) that might assist you in navigating these sometimes difficult decisions. TheBody.com's ASO Finder gives a list of community organizations in a range of countries, including South Africa.
I hope that helps. Please write back if we can be of any assistance. BY
