Doctor I am worry about my new treatment , from reyataz to Prezista , before I started prezista I was undectetable and vl over 800 , I started prezista 3 months ago and I don`t know how`s my vl yet after I started until next month. I had a gum infection and I am worry if i am developing resistance, do you think is because the medicine is not working well ? I changed the time of the meds from 7pm to 9am two days ago because I never eat dinner . Do you think that I am doing the right thing? I am so scare to develop resistance that can`t even sleep good. Please help!!

Don't worry, a gum infection, while unwanted, isn't an indicator of treatment failure or drug resistance.
FWIW, if you have an active infection (like the gum infection) I'll postpone getting a VL test for a week or two. The gum infection can cause a transient blip in viral load.
So, sleep well and take care of those gums. BY
