Dear Dr Benjamin Young, Thank you for your answer. After throught 2 times brain CT-scan, neurologists found out there is nothing wrong with my brain. My regiments remain unchanged for the last 8 years are nevirapine, zidovudine, lamivudine. Is that possible to switch my regiments to get benefit? Thank you once again and God bless you

Hi again and thanks for the follow up note.
You're actually on a quite good regimen for CNS penetration (CPE score), so I wouldn't generically recommend a change.
At this point, I'd focus on all of your other health issues (particularly related to cardiovascular disease prevention- as things like high blood pressure and tobacco might contribute).
