|STD testing help
Apr 17, 2012
About two years ago I performed oral sex on another man without ejaculation. I was tested a month later for HIV, syphilis (via blood), gonorrhea, and chlamydia (via urine). Over the past year I've had recurring what I assumed were UTIs. Frequent urination, lower back pain, and dribbling. My question is if it is possible that I had one of the bacteria STDs that didn't show up and could now be having symptoms?

Hi and thanks for posting.
There are multiple ways that one can get a urinary symptoms (including a urinary tract infection, but an enlarged prostate gland could also explain your symptoms). So to me, it's mostly irrelevant about your sexual encounter 2 years ago, and entirely relevant that you're symptomatic now.
I'd suggest seeing your health care provider for an evaluation.
