Dear expert. I went to the hospital for blood and when it's completed, the blood still flow out from the pinhole, I use my finger press the bleed pinhole, before this my fingers had contact with the hospital's lab test paper, door handles and other items, and i am sure i don't touch any fluid.so if these items contact with AIDS patients, id the virus will stick to my fingers, and then as I pressed my pinhole to infected?
Response from Ms. Southall
Hi, You cannot get HIV from your experience. There has to be a direct exchange of body fluid for HIV transmission to occur. This scenario that you have described did not allow that to happen. You are safe and fine.
